Computing Support

The Complete Support Group (CSG) is here to help you get the most out of the computing, hardware, and electronic resources in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECpE).

If you need assistance choosing a computer for school, download our Computing Recommendations (PDF).

Student Computing Labs

The following are resources on lab facilities in the ECpE department:

Availability: Most labs are open for walk-in use when not being used for a class. See lab schedules at IT’s Labs Database.

Access Restrictions: Access to all computing labs in the college is restricted. Only students who are enrolled in the College of Engineering (or taking classes in the college) and faculty and staff are allowed to log on to the computers.

The labs are intended to support instructional needs. The university Code of Computer Ethics applies, as do all other university or legal requirements, including compliance with license terms for software provided on lab computers. See additional user regulations: Policies/Procedures.

If you have any questions, check out our computing support frequently asked questions page, or contact CSG.
