Undergraduate Hourly Research Assistant in Terahertz Nondestructive Evaluation

The Center for Nondestructive Evaluation invites applications for an undergraduate hourly research assistant available immediately. This position is part of an on-going research project in nondestructive evaluation involving the state-of-the-art terahertz technology. The particular tasks for this position are to perform data acquisition using terahertz spectroscopy systems, to analyze the data acquired, and to compile the results for presentation. The applicant should currently enroll in an undergraduate program preferably ECpE, AerE, ME, MSE or Phys. A successful candidate is expected to have strong background in engineering/physics disciplines, fine working skills in laboratory, and sufficient computer data processing experience. Knowledge and work experience in nondestructive evaluation and computer programming are desired. U. S. CITIZEN IS REQUIRED. Applicants should send resumes and related materials to:
