Overview
Research in the Scalable Software Engineering Research Laboratory is aimed at developing new scientific methods and applications to automate complex software evolution and maintenance tasks.
Specific areas of research include:
- tool-assisted software analysis and program comprehension
- semi-automated parallelization tools
- model-based tools
- version control and configuration management systems
The research is applied to address domain-specific software problems in aerospace, automobiles, agro-machinery, and financial services companies.
