Title: “Efficient and air-stable bifacial perovskite solar cell”
Abstract: Bifacial perovskite solar cell is highly attractive for a wide of applications, such as building integrated photovotaics and tandem solar cells. Here we report a PIN bifacial perovskite solar cell with novel structure incorporating CdS/ZnO on the top. With the optimization of CdS thicknes, 14% power conversion efficiency is achieved, which is among the highest in the field. Besides high efficiency, our device also shows great improvement on air-stability, and the efficiency is maintained over 3 months.
