Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECpE) focuses our research on major technological problems of today and the next 40 years, in accordance with the department's strategic plan.

Our research is funded primarily by the National Science Foundation, and U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Energy, among other government agencies and industries. Our research expenditures average $9 million per year.
