DESCRIPTION:
============
- This patch is to enable MAC feedback for every packet transmission at
  the hostap driver (ver 0.1.3).

- The MAC feedback is sent to the user space as IW-events.

- In order of this patch to work, you should also patch
      .../linux-2.4.19/include/linux/wireless.h
      .../linux-2.4.19/net/core/wireless.c

- To get the MAC feedback, make sure process iwtxstatus is running;
  iwtxstatus is a module that gets MAC feedback and then relays the
  feedback to certain UDP port.

  iwtxstatus is written as a part of wireless-tools.

- To read the "signal strength, noise level, and transmission rate" for the last received packet,
  read file "/proc/tx_rx", and the last three numbers correspond to the aforementioned parameters
  respectively.
