Title: Soldering Skills Seminar, held in the Coover TLA
Abstract: You will learn the skills of through-hole and surface mount soldering; how to select soldering iron tips, solder wire and fluxes; and how to remove soldered components for PCB repair. You will build fun and useful circuits that you can take home. Sign up in the Electronic Shop (1331 Coover Hall) between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is room for 24 students — if there are open seats, overflow seating could be accommodated.
*We are also looking for energetic students to help with setup and tear-down before and after the seminar.
