Title: Understanding the physics of photon-induced degradation of perovskite solar cells
Abstract: Photon-induced degradation of perovskite solar cell is a well-known phenomenon. But the physics behind this behavior is still not established. In this work we report on contribution of hole transport layers on photon-induced degradation of PIN perovskite solar cells. These high efficiency perovskite solar cells show no hysteresis. We also report on the contribution of perovskite grain size on photon induced degradation. We have proposed a modified equivalent circuit model to understand the degradation of these solar cells.
