Title: Stable Recovery of Structured Signals from Nonlinear Measurements
Abstract: In this talk, we consider reconstruction of structured high-dimensional vectors from a limited number of nonlinear measurements where the nonlinearity is due to either a periodic or an aperiodic function. In particular, we study certain structural models such as (structured) sparse vectors and superposition models. We propose algorithms which provably recover the underlying components in these models with nearly optimal sample complexity. We instantiate our method to the problem of high dynamic range (HDR) imaging systems, and also provide a range of simulations to illustrate the performance of the proposed algorithms for both synthetic and real images.
