Is there a limit to the number of guests you can bring?
No, there is no limit to the number of guests. Students only: Please RSVP on AccessPlus by Friday, Dec. 7, 2018. The RSVP will help us to plan for space and food needs, so it is important to be as accurate and committed as possible when you are responding to this event.

How do I RSVP on AccessPlus?
Faculty and staff do NOT need to RSVP. Log in to AccessPlus. In the Graduation menu, choose “diploma/ceremony.” You will see options for the University Commencement AND the Departmental Pre-Commencement Reception. Choose the departmental event and fill in all the fields to register yourself and your guests. Where can we park?
Parking is available on the east side of the Alumni Center.

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. We will be serving a light breakfast for you and your guests to enjoy.
Will faculty be present?
Yes. All faculty and staff in the department are invited to the reception. The reception will be hosted by Department Chair Dr. Ashfaq Khokhar.
What time is the university commencement ceremony?
University commencement will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, in Hilton Coliseum. For more information, click here.
