Every one page proposal should contain the following information.

1. Statement of the top level problem being investigated with the relevant references in the bibliography.

2. Some lines about the pertinence of the topic and why the issues investigated in the papers are interesting.

3. A bulleted list of questions that you shall seek to survey or answer at the end of the survey/project.
