Post-doctoral Research Associate Openings

The Magnetics Lab in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Iowa State University is
currently seeking well qualified applicants for a Post‐doctoral Research Associate position to work on
transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) under the supervision of Dr. David C. Jiles.

Candidates must have an earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree in electrical engineering, or a closely related
field on or before the hire date. Candidates who have expertise in electromagnetics are encouraged to
apply. Knowledge of TMS is preferred, but not required.

The position will be filled as soon as possible. This is a three‐year appointment funded by an
endowment, and may be extended based on performance and fund availability.
