Request for Final Examination and Request for Preliminary Examination (Ph.D. students) are not available on the web. Please follow these steps:

• Arrange a meeting time and date with your Program of Study Committee.
• Meet or email the Graduate Secretary in 216 Nuclear Engineering.
• The Graduate Secretary will reserve a meeting location and type the appropriate form.
• Request for Final Examination - Take the typed form to your major professor for signature approval and submit  to the Graduate College.
• Request for Preliminary Examination - Take the typed form to your major professor for signature approval and return to the Graduate Secretary for the Director of Graduate Education approval.
